About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant as part of a job share for an extremely busy school office.  The position is 18 hours a week, term time only (Wednesday-Friday-9.00am - 3.30pm) + 18 hours over the school holidays.  Responsibilities include reception duties, pupil attendance, data input, photocopying, filing and general office duties.   Must be confident, have good communication skills, work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise workload, have a flexible approach to work and an excellent telephone manner.

Experience of Microsoft Office and data input is essential.  Experience of SIMS (Schools Information Management System) would be beneficial.  If you are pro-active, self-motivated with good communication skills please apply.

(Actual salary - £7244 - £7621 per annum)

Visits to the school are encouraged.

The applicants will have: GCSE Maths and English grade A* - C
