My client requires an astute and flexible PA to undertake various PA duties as well as Reception duties. Based in Hove, starting immediately. Salary of £18K - £22K

This is a 2 part role:
You will be responsible for supporting the Director in general day to day duties, such as: Managing her Diary, booking her appointments, organising travel, arranging meetings and minuting of which. You will be responsible for her general correspondence and organising her work when she is on leave.
You will also be responsible for covering the main Reception desk 3 mornings per week. You will be responsible for making sure clients are made welcome, messages are accurately taken and passed on as a matter of urgency.

You will need to be well presented, have a warm and professional attitude when dealing with customers on a face to face basis and over the phone.

Previous PA experience is required, having had experience of minuting meetings, and managing work loads. You will need to be flexible in your work ethic, as you will be required not only to undertake PA duties but also Reception as well.

Previous medical industry experience is an advantage.

If you do not have relevant PA / Secretarial experience, you can not be considered.

You will need to be free for interview Thursday 18th March. To start soon after.
