All candidates should support the clear Christian ethos of the school. The Governors are looking to appoint, two highly skilled Individual Needs Assistants (INA's): INA 1 - will be working with a pupil in lower KS2 who has SEND including speech & language needs and learning difficulties along with physical needs. INA 2 - will be working with a pupil in KS1 who has emotional and behavioural difficulties. Both INA's will be required to provide individualised, targeted specialist support. They will work under the direction of the classteacher and will involve some small group work outside of the classroom giving 1:1 support. All candidates should demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team in a growing, changing school which provides a caring, challenging and exciting environment.
