Data Entry Clerk
As a result of new ways of working and an increase in the current workload, the Finance and Benefits Assessment Team are seeking to appoint a Data Entry Clerk. In summary, the Finance and Benefits Assessment Team undertake all duties relating to processing financial assessments, to determine what a client may be required to pay towards their care. The team work with clients to ensure their income is maximised and any eligible benefits are claimed. The team also record care packages on our database and issue service agreements where necessary with providers of the care service. A Data Entry Clerk is required to accurately record Adult Social Care's authorised care packages against the department's client database and to ensure care package contractual arrangements are set correctly. Working in a busy, dynamic team you must be capable of organising your workload to meet challenging targets and deadlines. You should be an excellent team worker with good IT, communication and customer service skills.
