Rehabilitation Support Worker

Firwood provides a multi-disciplinary reablement service for older people with physical health problems We are looking for support workers who are keen to develop their skills and knowledge with this client group.  If you are enthusiastic about supporting people in achieving independence and choice in their lives this could be the job for you.

Hours of work: Varied - up to 37 hours per week Working pattern: Full or part time shift work, including weekends Closing date: Sunday 20 April 2014
