£9.98 per hourUp to 37 hours per week.Duration: Fixed term until 31 December 2014 The Human Resources Department at Sussex Downs College provides a high quality, professional HR service to staff and managers across the College. A vacancy has arisen for an HR Administrator who will be required to provide support in the delivery of our range of services including HR systems, absence management and on the recruitment and selection of staff. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised and able to prioritise work tasks as this is an extremely busy and varied role. In addition candidates should have good IT skills and be prepared to be trained in the use of our own computerised HR system. Previous experience in a similar HR role would be advantageous.
