STEPS Gateway Co-ordinator

Hours: 37 hours per week£18,685 - £19,190 per annum  A vacancy has arisen for a skilled, enthusiastic and self-motivated Gateway Co-ordinator, based in Eastbourne, to be the first point of contact for anyone wishing to make a referral to STEPS. A confident telephone manner and excellent customer service are skills you will need to be successful in this role.  STEPS provides short term housing support to people aged 65+ to help them particularly at difficult times, to retain independence and to remain in their own homes.  Closing Date: Friday 8th August 2014 Interviews: Friday 15th August 2014
