Assistant Group Worker

Brodrick House is a home providing medium to long term residential care for up to four young people between the ages of 11 and 18 years who present with emotional and behavioural demands, and may have experienced a breakdown of their previous foster placements.  The Assistant Group Worker role will involve providing direct care and support to children and young people, working in line with Ofsted requirements; and providing opportunities for young people to develop independence skills and participate in a range of activities.  We offer a comprehensive induction package and training programme.
