Extend your experience of leading educational change Are you ready to take on a new challenge?   East Sussex Standards and Learning Effectiveness Service is looking to recruit a consultant to their school improvement team.   Based in the beautiful county of East Sussex the service offers school improvement and training opportunities to a wide range of schools, academies, colleges and early years settings.   We are seeking experienced and exceptional teachers/practitioners with the following area of expertise:   Early Years  -  The main focus of this work will be supporting developments for our very youngest children experiencing early learning within pre-schools and child minding.   This post will involve supporting schools and settings  using your area of expertise, as well as supporting schools where there is a particular area of need. You will be planning and providing training to a wide range of practitioners and/or school staff and have the opportunity to lead on innovative projects and initiatives.   The position will provide an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain considerable experience in working in a variety of schools, cross phase, leading developments in teaching and learning alongside an experienced team of school improvement professionals.   Benefits to you will include a CPD opportunity that will put you in a strong position to apply for senior leadership posts in schools or for more senior school improvement roles in the future.
