Required to facilitate the smooth operation of teaching and learning within the Art Department by preparing tools, equipment and materials for lessons and displays. You will assist with the preparation of samples, models and visual aids for class use; provide technical support with classes using glue guns, craft knives and cutting tools; give demonstartions of how to use materials as requested by classroom teachers. Support pupils in GCSE classes. Organisation of storage of work; general administration tasks within the department; mount and display art work; mount and display work for Art exhibitions. You will have a keen interest in Art and Display and it would be desirable to have had previous experience of Art work and experience of working in a school.
