If successful you will become a valued member of our Inclusion Team. You will mentor a caseload of key students to ensure they are engaged in learning to make accelerated progress. •           Can you demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills? •           Do you have the ability to engage with young people? •           Do you have a proactive approach and the confidence to make a difference? •           Do you have the knowledge and understanding of the needs of young people within the educational environment? •           Can you support students to take the best advantage of the opportunities offered by a school which aspires to become outstanding? The post is advertised on a temporary basis due to the changing circumstances of the Cavendish School which gained Academy status two years ago.   The Governors have recently consulted with stakeholders and the community on becoming a 2-19 All-through school.
