Eastbourne Neighbourhood Support Team

The Eastbourne NST assesses and reviews care arrangements for older people and working age adults with Physical Disabilities, while also safeguarding adults at risk in this large client group. We are focussed on making our service as efficient as possible in order to do this and meet the challenges that have been set nationally.

A vacancy has arisen for a Practice Manager who will be very much involved in the process of planning for these challenges and meeting the every day demands of Safeguarding Adults at Risk, ensuring service quality and budget management.

The successful applicant will focus on the achievement of set targets as outlined in the team plan and will be able to count on the support of the Operations Manager to manage a team of Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and Resource Officers.

We would like to invite applications from people who have experience of Social Work or Occupational Therapy, Safeguarding Adults at Risk and management of staff.
