RECOVERY OFFICER As part of our Revenues Team, you will be responsible for assisting with the recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates and Overpayment of Housing Benefit. This includes making appropriate contact with debtors, making payment arrangements in arrears cases, attending at Magistrate Court hearings and updating and maintaining records. To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service and negotiation skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations effectively and sensitively. You will be numerate, well organised, have a focus on detail and experience of working to targets. Previous experience of working in a Local Taxation or debt collection environment is essential or administrative experience in a similar environment.
