The post will involve in-class support and targeted 1:1 work within the maths department up to and including GCSE. The post will require some knowledge of working with students in an educational setting; it may be useful to have some knowledge or experience of behaviour management and excellent maths and communication skills. The successful applicant will show initiative and demonstrate that they have the tenacity to ensure that our students progress. The Teaching Assistant will be joining a dynamic team of TAs in the LINC team and the Maths department.
