ICT Contract and Services Manager  You will provide operational ICT management capacity during a period of transformation for the Council, managing the day to day ICT service delivered in partnership with Steria, the Council's ICT service delivery partner.  You will be working with Steria and/or others to ensure the successful implementation of key ICT infrastructure projects and will support the ICT Strategic Manager on joint service improvement initiatives. You will also manage the IT resources and supplier relationships. With a track record of successful delivery of small to medium scale ICT projects and management of partner and supplier relationships, you will be an effective communicator and motivator of staff.   EBC has a number of shared roles with neighbouring Lewes District Council (LDC), and both authorities are taking advantage of opportunities as they arise to align systems and/or posts within the two authorities in order to generate benefits in terms of quality, savings or resilience. It is anticipated that this role will contribute to existing shared arrangements and commit to the vision of establishing further opportunities.
