Accounts Assistant - Credit Control and Payroll

Expanding specialist manufacturing company based in Eastbourne requires an Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and Finance Director, this individual will be primarily tasked with managing the company's Credit Control and Payroll functions.



The Credit Control will be business to business focused, primarily small to medium sized businesses. They have around 150 business customers across the 2 sister companies who do need regular prompting and chasing. The payroll function includes 2 weekly and 1 monthly payroll totalling around 140 permanent staff. This individual will be overseeing the entire payroll function from start to finish. It is estimated that this individual will spend around 3 days per week on Credit Control and 2 on Payroll.



There will be opportunities available for role development and the chance to get involved with other areas of the accounts function further down the line. This small finance team can provide good one-on-one training and they are a business who offer study support for professional qualifications for those who prove themselves within the workplace.
