Pupil Premium Officer Do you really want to make a difference? Are you passionate about raising the attainment of disadvantaged pupils? Do you have the strategic vision and understanding of effective strategies to raise standards for disadvantaged pupils so that they perform as well as all other pupils nationally? Do you have experience in monitoring and maintaining records on the provision and impact of support for Pupil Premium pupils? We are looking for an outstanding teacher to join our inclusion team. This is a great opportunity to work with our senior leadership team to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a programme to improve the outcomes for disadvantaged pupils. You will work with individual and small groups of disadvantaged pupils, supporting and mentoring them to improve their rates of progress. In addition, you will be monitoring the impact of pupil premium expenditure.
