As the first point of contact for social workers and care managers, you'll help to source and deliver the most appropriate Homecare package for individual service users. A good understanding of the Adult Social Care user group will be matched with strong communication skills. Ideally, you'll also hold a relevant NVQ 2, although training will be provided.
