Hours: 37.5 per weekWorking pattern: 52 weeks - review after one year. We are looking for an apprentice to learn about food production, food hygiene and safety, stock control and kitchen management. We would like somebody who would like to develop to become a Chef. If objectives are met, we will be looking to hire into a full time role. You will be expected to complete: • Food preparation and cooking. • Washing of dishes and cleaning of kitchen. • Statutory checks / temperature checks etc. • Stock checks and ordering.
