**Pastry Chef – Luxury Hotel - Eastbourne – up to £18,000**

We are currently recruiting a Pastry Demi Chef De Partie for a 5* hotel located in the vibrant town of Eastbourne. Situated on the sea front, this luxury hotel has a number of facilities including a pool, health club and two restaurants; one of which is 2 Rosette.
As Demi Pastry Chef you will support and deputize the Pastry Chef De Partie and support your team in the running of your section. Your role as Demi Chef Pastry will encompass preparation for a number of F&B outlets, including Restaurants, Room Service, Banqueting, Lounges and ancillary areas. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar fine dining establishment, be calm under pressure, an excellent communicator and a positive attitude.
