**Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel - Eastbourne – up to £25,000**

We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for a 5* hotel located in the vibrant town of Eastbourne. Situated on the sea front, this luxury hotel has a number of facilities including a pool, health club and two restaurants; one of which is 2 Rosette.
As Sous Chef you will support the Executive Head Chef and Senior Sous in the smooth running of the five star kitchen operation. The restaurant specialises in modern English cuisine and also hosts banquets for up to 350 guests. You must be creative, passionate, able to work to consistently high standards and have the desire to succeed. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar fine dining establishment.
