The Governors are seeking to appoint an innovative, hardworking, well qualified, outstanding teacher to join a very strong collaborative Senior Leadership Team. They will have experience of improving the quality of teaching through curriculum development, the use of assessment and through coaching and mentoring. They will have a clear understanding of student progress data and the ability to use these to improve the quality of teaching and learning. They will have high standards and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
