An exciting opportunity for a Buyer has arisen within my clients manufacturing business based in Eastbourne. We require a competent Buyer to help in a busy Purchasing department. You will be responsible for obtaining best prices for new orders to be placed by obtaining quotes from a number of suppliers. The successful applicant for the position will have received five good GCSE's results. or equivalent, including Maths and English as well as being competent with Windows MS Office applications. Previous experience in a purchasing role (particularly in a manufacturing or engineering organisation) would be an advantage but not essential as we are looking for an individual who will grow and develop with the business.
