Our client based in Eastbourne are looking for a Bookings Clerk.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: To respond to enquiries from customers and ensure that their customers receive the correct information about their services. Contact customers to arrange appointments for work to install, maintain or remove telecare systems. Liaise with our field staff in respect of customer appointments.



Key Tasks:

1 Responding to customer enquiries and ensuring all current and potential customers receive correct information and a high standard of service.
2 Liaise with stakeholders in relation to new and existing customers.
3 Contacting customers to arrange appointments for installation, maintenance or removal of telecare systems and other scheduled review visits.
4 Scheduling appointments to Field Team staff and ensuring all necessary documents are attached and allocations recorded.
5 Receiving paperwork from completed jobs, checking for completeness and updating software systems.
6 Accurately inputting data onto software packages used within the company.



The ideal candidate will fulfil the following criteria;



Have excellent customer service skills

Be good at building relationships

Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers would be advantageous

Be very organised with good attention to detail

Hours of work - 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 16:30 on Fridays
