As a result of the above, an exciting opportunity has arisen in the Information Management Department for 3 Operations Engineers to join the team.  Acting as IMD’s main technical support and project resource, you will be responsible for day to day administration, management of key back office business systems, and fire appliance mobilisation infrastructure. Working under the direction of the Infrastructure Services Manager, you will take your work from our ITIL compliant service desk and work on any number of technical issues ranging from desktop, server, network, mobilization and software. The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, and be fully conversant in most of the ESFRS technology areas. You must be self-motivated and open to change while IMD undergoes fundamental reinvention.  You will be keen to be part of this reinvention now and going forward.
