This role is created to provide a variety of administrative support to managers of four front end services and the Operations manager; your tasks will include assistance in some project work, creating and maintaining statistical spreadsheets, updating electronic calendars, booking meetings both internally and with external agencies, minute taking, and producing accurate accounts of the meetings for distribution. You will need to be aware of the sensitive nature of some of the information you will be dealing with as each of these teams deal with vulnerable clients. It would be helpful if you also possess a good eye for detail.
Full training will be given to ensure that you have a good understanding of each of the teams and the processes.
Use of a vehicle may be helpful for travelling to venues if required, but is not essential

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week Working pattern: Full-time
