This position is term time only for 35.5 hours per week (8.30am-4.30pm Mondays and 8.30am-4.00pm Tuesday to Fridays with a 30 minute unpaid break daily).

Previous knowledge or interest/experience in working with children would be particularly useful, although most experience is gained on the job. The successful applicant must enjoy the challenges and demands of working with young people, aged 11 to 16, but will be well supported by a large, busy and friendly team. Training will be given. The position is term time only and fixed-term until Easter 2016, in the first instance.  Pay will be on LPS SS Grade 3, Points 5-7, starting on 14,147 (pro-rata as term-time only).
