Our ICT Department is a modern, forward-thinking department that is going through radical change.
Our Business Support Team helps to design and implement these improvements through developing efficient IT systems and processes.
We have a vacancy for a team player who is organised, flexible in their approach and who possess excellent telephone, written and interpersonal skills.
You will be handling customer requests received though our ICT Portal, email, telephone and face to face. You will then perform the administrative functions that support the provision of the authorities ICT requirements to deliver its services.
You will be based primarily in Eastbourne; however the ability to travel between key sites within the county will be required as you will have to provide office cover on a rota basis.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week Working pattern: Full-time Fixed term for: 12 months
