Social Care Direct is a contact centre providing a single point of access to Adult Social Care services for the whole of East Sussex. You’ll be the first point of contact for all enquiries, checking and entering information onto a database as well as advising customers and directing them to the right place for information.
Your communication and customer service skills will need to be first rate. A high standard of typing and IT skills are also important for this role.
Hours of work: 37 hours per week Working pattern: Full-time
