You will assist with the smooth delivery of catering and bar functions at our Devonshire Park complex, this includes the setting up of the back of house operations, equipment and kit and stock control and stock movement. You will ensure that the bars and the kitchens are clean and ready for operation.
You will be a good communicator and team player and able to work effectively under pressure. You will hold, or on appointment be expected to attain, a qualification to Health and Food Hygiene Level 1. You must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
