Milton Grange is an established intermediate care and respite setting in Eastbourne for older adults, where we are developing nurse-led services. The workload will be challenging and varied, and involve multi-disciplinary assessment to support recovery of people with potentially complex needs.

We provide the necessary training, lots of support from a multi-disciplinary team, working in a friendly and bright a newly furbished building.
