The Cavendish School Eastbourne is looking for an outstanding Early Years/ Key Stage 1 teacher to work in one of our two new reception classes from September 2015. We are looking for a teacher who is creative and innovative in their practice and who provides exciting, engaging opportunities both in the classroom and in the outside environment. The Cavendish School is in an exciting phase of its development to becoming an all-through 2-16 school. From September 2015 we will open two reception classes. Our plans include a new nursery and two form entry Primary phase building for September 2016. The position would suit either an NQT who has had successful placements or an accomplished teacher with a proven track record in the Early Years or KS1 for accelerating the progress of children in their class. You will join a team of dedicated and caring staff in establishing outstanding provision, learning and progress for all our children.  You will have the unique opportunity to shape the development of the new EYFS and KS 1 phase of the primary school together with the Early Years/ Key Stage 1 Phase Leader.
