**Commis Chef – Luxury Hotel - Eastbourne – up to £16,500**

We are currently recruiting a Commis Chef for a 5* hotel located in the vibrant town of Eastbourne. Situated on the sea front, this luxury hotel has a number of facilities including a pool, health club and two restaurants; one of which is 2 Rosette.
As Commis Chef you will support and deputize the Chef De Partie and support your team in the running of your section. Your role as Commis will encompass preparation for a number of F&B outlets, including Restaurants, Room Service, Banqueting, Lounges and ancillary areas. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar fine dining establishment, be calm under pressure, an excellent communicator and a positive attitude.
