Can you help us to deliver 100 new homes in Eastbourne?

With a successful track record of project management and working in a construction/property related profession you will assist in the acquisition of new schemes and take responsibility for the achievement of programme targets. You will lead on the delivery of individual projects, ensuring that all improvement works projects are delivered and managed in compliance with all relevant regulations.

If you are an effective self-motivated manager with excellent negotiation and IT skills, have a strong focus on performance and delivery and see solutions not problems, we can offer this challenging and rewarding role.

37 hours per week 2 Years Fixed Term Contract Up to 45,00 per annum & Essential Car User Allowance
