We are looking for proactive sports enthusiasts, with a passion for excellent customer service, to take on the role of Duty Manager at our sports centres.  Working at a variety of locations within the Borough, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and delivering a programme of activities to meet community needs. 

You will have previous experience of working in a similar environment, with experience of supervising and training staff.  With good communication and interpersonal skills, you will be a team player who is flexible and resourceful and able to manage difficult situations effectively. 

Educated to GCSE standard, including English and Maths, you will be well organised and have the ability to operate administrative and financial procedures, meet deadlines and work under pressure.  Ideally you will also hold relevant coaching qualifications.
