We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff, setting work previously prepared by the teacher under the supervisory arrangements established by the school, and oversee completion of that work in an environment conducive to learning.   The successful candidate will need to work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent and effective support in line with the requirements and responsibilities of this exciting and responsible role. This role may also suit a recently qualified graduate or someone who is looking for a route into teaching.

This is a fixed term position for 27.5 hours per week, term-time only, until August 2016 in the first instance.  It will be paid on Local Pay Structure, Single Status Grade 4/5 points 9-13, starting on 15,782 gross per annum (pro-rata).
