Parkland Junior School is a lively, learning focused, Junior School in Eastbourne.

The Governing Body seek to appoint a hardworking, creative, self-motivated and dedicated individual to support children’s learning within our school.

Working under the guidance of a teacher you would be expected to: • Implement work programmes for individuals/groups which could include those requiring detailed and specialist knowledge in particular areas  • To assist in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources  • To provide cover for whole classes under a system of supervision for up to 30% of employed time throughout the school year

The ideal candidate will have had experience of working from teachers’ planning, and delivering sessions for groups of pupils. This would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. You must be someone who shows that they enjoy being with children, has patience and a positive attitude – whilst able to work as part of a small friendly team.
