The role of the Information, Support and Data Officer  supports the EYEE team in developing and delivering a high quality service to all East Sussex Early Years Providers and Families and other teams within East Sussex County Council claiming Early Years Education Entitlement (EYEE) for 3 and 4 Year Olds and Early Learning Places for eligible 2 Year Olds.

You will be a good communicator with strong MS Office skills, with a particular strength in the use of Excel, the ability to use a sequel database and an eye for detail.  A knowledge of the local authority’s SAP payment system would also be beneficial. 

Excellent customer service skills are essential as the successful candidate will need to communicate with a varied audience including vulnerable families to encourage the take-up of an Early Learning Place, as well as provide support to Early Years Providers to submit their EYEE claims.
