We are looking for someone to support the Education Support, Behaviour & Attendance Service Legal Interventions Team with the preparation of a full range of routine and complex legal case work with regard to irregular attendance at school. The role includes providing assistance to those dealing with children in entertainment and employment, and children missing education. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare files in readiness for prosecutions in the Magistrates’ Courts and therefore a legal office background is essential together with an ability to prioritise work accordingly.
