You'll be at the forefront of this - driving forward our annual business plan, training and developing your teams, promoting our services and ensuring they are accessible to everyone. Specific qualifications are by no means essential. What we're really after is someone who can demonstrate excellent people management skills and a real passion for the part libraries can play in the community. A broad understanding of computer packages and internet resources will also be highly valued.
