Covering everything from desktop and server work to installation, maintenance and monitoring. This is a varied role that will ensure our customers benefit from an effective, efficient ICT support service. You will use a variety of remote technologies as well as undertake onsite visits.

It’s all about liaising with school staff, working closely with fellow team members and meeting SLA’s. Naturally, you’ll need proven ICT skills – both with hardware and software, but equally important is the ability to communicate well at all levels.

This role involves frequent and extensive travel in rural and urban areas in the South East, and applicants must clearly demonstrate how they will meet the travel requirements of the post.
