Successful manufacturing business based in Eastbourne requires an innovative, experienced Stock Manager to revitalise their current stock management systems. This individual will be expected to come in and assess the current policies and procedures concerning stock recording, movement and returns within the business and provide process improvements, ideas and innovations to help improve the company's operational efficiency. This role provides the opportunity to really make an active difference to a business which will be rewarded and greatly appreciated.

The successful individual will have experience of working in a manufacturing environment as a Stock Controller, Warehouse Manager or similar position. They will be able to provide evidence of beneficial operational adjustments and new policies they have implemented in past roles. They will have good communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, and be able to lead others towards joint goals.

Salary is dependent on candidates' level of experience and is open for discussion.
