The Finance Team is led by a qualified Finance Director and contains a Finance Manager, Payroll Assistant, Credit Controller, Accounts Assistant and this individual as Purchase Ledger Controller. The role will be a busy support role where there will always be plenty to do and they foresee this individual being a long-term key asset to their finance function.

About you:

• You will have existing invoice processing experience.
• You will be a positive, pro-active and personable individual who will fit in well with this dynamic small team of individuals.
• You will be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision.
• You will have excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work.
• You will be a confident, professional communicator who can liaise with various supplier businesses effectively.

About the role:

• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Checking and logging purchase invoices
• Raising payments and processing
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Employee expenses
• Assistance with general company administration
• Ad hoc duties as requested by the Finance Manager
