Are you passionate about using your skills and expertise to deliver great customer service?
As a Team Leader in our Customer Contact Team you will lead a team of multi–skilled Customer Advisors providing day to day management and supervision. This includes managing workflow and priorities; performance monitoring and appraisals; and assisting in the recruitment and selection of staff. You will support, train and develop staff to build confidence, skills and knowledge across the team.
As well as providing team leadership you will share the workload of the team proactively managing and resolving a wide range of customer requests, making a rapid assessment of the best next step and helping customers to get the help and support they need without having to tell their story again and again.
You will have the ability to lead and motivate a team and proven skills in day to day deployment of resources and staff, problem solving and prioritising a demanding workload. A team player with good communication skills and personal resilience, you will have experience of working within a customer facing environment dealing with complex or sensitive enquiries and retrieving and interpreting information from computerised databases.
