An opportunity has become available for a full time Social Workers or Resource Officers to join a highly motivated hospital social work team based in Eastbourne District General Hospital.

This is an exciting post which would offer the preferred candidate the opportunity to join a highly motivated team to work in partnership with our clients and health colleagues to support safe and timely discharges from hospital.  You will need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, undertaking mental capacity assessments and to have experience in Safeguarding Adults practice. This post includes a requirement for weekend working.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
