EDUCATION WELFARE ASSISTANT
37 HOURS PER WEEK, 40 weeks per year (Term Time plus Inset days plus 1 extra week)
Single Status 7 Points 17-19 (19,850-21,040pa pro-rata)
Actual Salary 17,208-18,240
We are looking to appoint an Education Welfare Assistant in our all through school. You will be working alongside senior staff in the school to promote positive attitudes towards School attendance on the part of students and their parents I carers and to ensure that students are present at the School so as to derive maximum benefit from their education. • Are you committed to working with young people? • Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to students? • You will need to work flexibly within a team • Do you have good literacy and numeracy skills? • Good interpersonal skills are essential.
