About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ratton School in a role dedicated to helping pupils develop their full potential.

This position is term time only for at least 30 hours per week (8.30am-3pm Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break daily).
The post is to lead and co-ordinate the work of the Teaching Assistants within the school and to work as a Teaching Assistant (Levels 1-3) as required.
Previous knowledge or interest/experience in working with children as a Teaching Assistant and leading a team will be essential.
Qualifications or experience of working with children with a range of specific learning difficulties is desirable.
