A temporary Buyer is needed urgently for my client who are a manufacturing company based in East Sussex, Due to the growth of the business they are now in a position to appoint a Buyer to join their expanding team. The role will be to support the Purchasing Manager as well as sourcing and procuring raw materials/miscellaneous items whilst complying with the following: -
Achieving the most competitive purchase price for the quality and quantity required
Whilst ensuring that all purchasing data is accurate and Inventory is minimised and
Inventory maximised.

You will be responsible for building relationships between internal stakeholders
and suppliers ensuring that all necessary information is communicated. It will
be essential for you to ensure that purchases meet the appropriate specification and that revisions are implemented where appropriate. The right person for the role will have experience of raising purchase orders, progressing purchases as well as being able to Source potential new suppliers/products, and submit recommendations, as appropriate.
