About the Role

The Governing Body of Shinewater Primary School are seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to complete their office team.

The role will be based on our reception desk to include front of house duties for meeting and greeting our parents and visitors, as well as directing telephone calls. 

The hours to be worked are 8.30am to 12.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.  Wednesday is 8.30am to 3.30pm with a half hour lunch break.

The school day can be challenging but very rewarding, so the ability to prioritise, keep calm, be organised and work as part of a team is paramount for this role.  

Shinewater Primary School encourages staff to develop and enhance skills through appropriate training and CPD opportunities and training will be made available to support the new post holder in to their role.
