An opportunity for an experienced part time Tax Senior to join an established accountancy firm based in central Eastbourne. There is flexibility on the exact number of hours per week and over what days with the minimum being 18 hours per week.

About You

• Personal tax experience possibly holding either the ATT or CTA qualification although not necessary
• A background from either practice or the HMRC
• Comfortable with dealing directly with clients
• Confident in communicating complex tax issues and advice
• Working knowledge of all aspects of direct taxation
• Happy to support the Partners and Managers with tax research

About the role

• Manage your own portfolio of Clients of personal tax clients
• Completion of personal tax returns for various small businesses and individuals
• Finalisation of income tax computations
• Tax compliance and tax planning and care of all aspects of clients affairs
• Provide technical support to junior members of staff
